introduction

Although I do not claim to be a proficient writer, I often find myself enjoying assignments which involve writing. Generally, the majority of my writing is conducted based on obligation to church publications (such as The Shepherd's Voice), preparation of church service material, or college coursework assignments. These documents are provided for your reading enjoyment. If you have any questions concerning the material published in these documents, please contact me. More documents will be added as they are periodically written.

The Impact of Information Technology on Human Resource Management
On the surface it would seem that a business relationship between information technology and human resources would be unrealistic; human resources focuses upon managing people and information technology upon managing machines. The concept of Christian charity, or love, is a subject that is commonly accepted as an integral characteristic of a child of God. However, too often the characteristics of true, unconditional charity are overlooked or misunderstood. Full Text

Practicing the Spirit of Pentecost - Foundations of World Missions and Evangelism
As we have entered the twenty-first century, commonly recognized as the century of the Lord’s second coming, we must grasp a strong vision for the Church’s purpose in these final days or years. It is the purpose of the Body of Christ to prepare for the inflow and present all members, joined together by covenant, perfect before the Lord. With these daunting (in the eyes of the flesh) tasks ahead for the Church, we must cease looking through the eyes of the flesh and begin to look through the Spirit as we put the Spirit of Pentecost into practice! Zion Shall Be Plowed - The Evening Light
Webster characterizes plowing as a turning up, breaking up, overturning, or cutting open; it is a revealing of that which looms beneath. The primary aspects and results of plowing are the cultivating implement, the tiller, the effect upon the soil, and the effect upon the crop. It is essential to also consider that plowing is not based upon the changing of past results or the altering of the present; it is exclusively concerned with preparation for the future. Full Text
